For orders in the UK, North America and Rest of the World, we ship from our warehouse in the UK.

For orders in Europe (list of countries above), we ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

For orders in the UK and most countries in Europe, there are no custom fees as we ship from our warehouse in the UK and the Netherlands.

For orders in other countries, please check with your country's custom office to see if you're subject to pay any additional customs or local charges.

Orders need to be in our system by the cut-off times (depending on the locations) for Same Day Dispatch.

All carriers we use deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays. So if you place the order on Saturday, it will take until Monday to arrive.
